Cookie policy

This website stores nothing on your device. No cookies. No localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no cache manifest used as storage, no Flash or Silverlight equivalents, no fingerprinting. Not one byte is written to your browser, and nothing is read from it.

Why there is no cookie banner

A consent banner exists to satisfy Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), which requires informed consent before storing information on, or gaining access to information already stored on, a user's device — except where that storage is strictly necessary to deliver a service the user asked for.

We store nothing and access nothing. The obligation to obtain consent is therefore not triggered, and there is nothing for you to consent to. Showing you a banner anyway would be theatre: it would ask permission for something that is not happening, teach you to dismiss such requests without reading them, and add an obstacle between you and the page you came for.

We took the other route available under the law — we removed the collection instead of asking you to accept it.

What that means in practice

  • No analytics. We do not measure our own audience. We cannot tell which page you read, how long you stayed or whether you came back, because we never find out.
  • No advertising or conversion tags. No Microsoft Advertising UET tag, no Google tag, no Meta pixel, no affiliate tracking cookie set by us.
  • No third-party requests. Every font, stylesheet, script and image is served from this domain. The site uses a system font stack rather than a hosted web font, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts or any content delivery network. A third party cannot set a cookie on a request that is never made.
  • No fingerprinting. We do not read canvas output, installed fonts, screen or hardware characteristics, audio stack behaviour or timing information to build an identifier.
  • No consent record. Sites with banners usually store your choice in a cookie. We have no choice to store.

The only JavaScript on this site is a single first-party file, /js/site.js. You are welcome to read it — it is short, it is commented, and it contains no reference to document.cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, indexedDB, fetch or XMLHttpRequest. All it does is copy advertising campaign parameters from the address you arrived on onto the partner link, and re-apply the required rel attributes to that link.

How to check this yourself

Please do not take our word for it. Every browser ships with the tools to check, and it takes about thirty seconds. Open the developer tools with F12, or Ctrl+Shift+I (Cmd+Option+I on a Mac).

Chrome, Edge and other Chromium browsers

  1. Open developer tools and select the Application tab.
  2. In the left sidebar under Storage, click Cookies and then this site. The list will be empty.
  3. Still under Storage, check Local storage, Session storage and IndexedDB. All empty.
  4. Click Clear site data and reload the page, then look again. Still empty — nothing is recreated.

Firefox

  1. Open developer tools and select the Storage tab.
  2. Check Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage and Indexed DB for this site. All empty.

Safari

  1. Enable the Develop menu: Safari → Settings → Advanced → Show features for web developers.
  2. Open the Web Inspector and select the Storage tab.
  3. Check Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage and Indexed Databases. All empty.

Checking that nothing leaves this domain

  1. Open the Network tab in developer tools and reload the page with the tab open.
  2. Look at the Domain column. Every single request will be to elorienne.online. There will be no request to a font service, a CDN, an analytics endpoint or an advertising network.
  3. Click any request and look at the Response headers. There is no Set-Cookie header.

When you follow a partner link

A partner link takes you to an advertiser's website. That site is operated by someone else and will have its own cookie practices and, in all likelihood, its own consent banner. Nothing on this page applies once you have left. Read their policy on their site.

Managing cookies generally

You have nothing to manage here, but for other sites every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy or site-settings screen, and offers a private-browsing mode that discards storage when the window closes.

If this ever changes

If AVIA PARTS s.r.o. ever introduces anything that stores or reads information on your device, this page will be rewritten and a lawful consent mechanism will be in place before that happens — not afterwards. The date below tells you when this page last changed.
