Contact
You can reach the publisher of this site by email or by post. Both reach the same people.
This is the address for everything: corrections, editorial questions, data protection requests, right-of-reply requests, legal notices and commercial enquiries. If your message is for the director of publication, say so in the subject line and it will be passed on.
We aim to acknowledge within five working days. Corrections are handled under the procedure set out in our editorial policy.

Why there is no contact form
You may have noticed there is no form on this page. That is deliberate.
A contact form is a data collection point. It sends what you type to a server, it usually needs a script from a third party to stop spam, that script generally sets cookies or fingerprints the browser, and the whole arrangement quietly turns a page that collects nothing into a page that collects something. We have promised — in our privacy policy and our cookie policy — that this site collects nothing and loads nothing from third parties. A form would break that promise for the sake of saving you one click.
Email also leaves you in control. You choose which address to write from, you keep a copy of what you sent, and you can ask us to delete the exchange afterwards — which we will do.
Data protection requests
AVIA PARTS s.r.o. is the data controller for this website. Send requests under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR to the email address above. Please read the privacy policy first: because we hold no identifier for you, we usually cannot locate data relating to you unless you can tell us what to look for.
Reporting a problem with the site
If you find a broken link, a page that will not load, or anything that contradicts what we say about cookies and tracking, please tell us. Include the page address and what you saw. We treat a privacy discrepancy as a serious bug, not a suggestion.
